Happy New Year!
I can’t believe it’s already 2009. Will, Rhiannon, Trey and I went to a party at my sister’s friend’s house. We shot fireworks and ate pizza. I would have had a better time if my head wasn’t so stopped up. I couldn’t even taste the pizza. That’s aggravating considering that Will and I bought them. I also got a little aggravated because there was still some pizza left and I guess my sister just let her friend keep it. She didn’t even ask if we wanted to take it home (I mean we paid for it). I guess I’ll know to speak up the next time lol.
Jake went to his step mom’s. She is going through a divorce with Jake’s father and it hasn’t been easy on her. She has two kids (twins) with him and the only way that Jake gets to see them is if he goes to her house. I don’t mind though. We’ve become friends over the years and she’s always been good to Jake. His father on the otherhand, is one of the most selfish people I’ve ever met. He never calls Jake, but yet he tries to blame me for that. Jake has a cell phone and he has the number. So there’s no reason for him not to call him. But I don’t think it affects Jake much. Will has raised him since he was around 22 months old. It affects Jake’s brother and sister a lot more because they lived in the same house with Jake’s father for like 9 years. They love to see Jake though. I’m not sure how long he will stay over there. I told him to just call me when he’s ready to come home.
Well I need to get off this computer because Trey just got up and I’m sure he’ll be wanting something to eat lol. I hope you all have a very blessed New Year!
