So we didn’t get the snow/ice they were calling for. It was just a little rain and sleet. It was really cold though. The schools were out on Thursday because they thought we were at least going to get some ice. But the weather didn’t move in as quickly as they thought it would so instead of it raining Wednesday night, it didn’t start until Thursday. I kept the kids home on Friday too though, even though the school was open. The temps were below freezing all night on Thursday and I didn’t know if there would be ice on the roads or not. It was soo cold too and I didn’t want the kids to have to wait on the bus in 10 degree weather. It’s finally warming up this week and I am so glad.

The PS3 is still messed up. Will fixed the yellow light problem where it would come on, the light would flash yellow, then it would go into standby mode. Once he got it put back together, the dvd drive on it wouldn’t work. I think he found a place he can send it to and have it fixed for around $50-$100. He wants to get it fixed because it’s a 60 GB and they aren’t as common as the other PS3s. Oh and we got a dryer. It’s an older used one and it doesn’t match my washer, but it works well. I am hoping we can save up the money and get a new set and just sell the washer and dryer we have now. But I am just very thankful to have a working dryer :) . Now I just need to get my central a/c fixed before it starts getting hot here. I am not sure exactly what is wrong with it. The parts are still under warranty, but we will still have to pay someone to come and look at it. If the compressor is messed up, we’ll have to get a licensed person to go and get the part. I am just hoping we can find someone who will do it without charging a ton of money. I live in the south so I can’t do without my a/c. I have some window units but central a/c is just more convenient.
